Policies and disclosures
An application is required for each person over the age of 18 who intends to reside in the property. An application fee of $30 is required with each application. The fee is non-refundable if the application is processed. The application fee does not need to be a second time if re-applying for another property within a 30-day period. After 30 days, a new application fee is required and the screening process must be reaccomplished. Personal checks are acceptable for the application fee and made payable to Sacramento Delta. To expedite your application please bring your social security card, driver's license and proof of income along with your completed application to our office. In the event the property rents before your application is processed, the application fee will be refunded to you or you may transfer your application to another available property.
General Qualifing Guidelines: Income must be legal and verifiable, approximately three times the monthly rent. Ttwo recent years of favorable rental references (excluding renting from family menbers) or home ownership. A minimum of two lines good credit established with a creditor for at least six months who reports to Trans Union. Negative references, collections or bankruptcy may keep an application from being approved.
